The idea

A certificate can be lost. A passport stays with the piece.

Think of everything a fine jewel carries with it: the grading report, the warranty card, the receipt, the insurance valuation, the name of the hand that set the stone. Usually it ends up in a drawer, an inbox or a box in the attic — and the story fades a little more every year.

Jewel Passport gives each piece its own private, permanent identity — so its authenticity, its documents and its history stay with it, and with whoever is fortunate enough to own it.

01 The passport

Everything the piece is, in its owner's hand.

Scan the code and the jewel introduces itself — its name, its maison, its collection — in the language of the person holding the phone.

  • Stones, metal, carats and cut, described with precision
  • Certificates, warranty and insurance valuation, always at hand
  • The story of the piece, told in photographs and film
  • Care instructions and a direct line to the maison
  • In English, Italian and Arabic
02 A history that follows

Jewels outlive their owners. Now their stories do too.

A ring given at twenty is worn at eighty, then handed to a daughter. With Jewel Passport, every chapter stays attached to the piece — not to a receipt that disappears.

Creation, delivery, every service at the atelier, every change of hands: each moment is recorded in the passport and travels with the jewel to its next owner. For a gift, an inheritance or a resale, provenance is no longer a matter of memory.

To pass a piece on, the owner gives the new owner a transfer code. They scan the QR, choose “I received this piece”, and the passport — with its whole history — becomes theirs. Previous owners stay anonymous; the maison keeps every change of hands in its register, with date and time.

03 Yours alone

The QR travels with the piece. The passport opens only for its owner.

A discreet card arrives in the box. Whoever scans it sees one thing only: that the piece is authentic. The story, the certificates and the valuation wait for the person they belong to.

  • Activated in the boutique with the client, or by the client with the sealed card in the box: the first person to use the code becomes its owner
  • Card mislaid before activation? The maison simply reissues it
  • Owner access with a one-time code by email or a passkey — no passwords
  • Whoever scans without owning it sees only the name, the image and the seal of authenticity
  • No app and no account to create: it opens in the browser
04 A line to the maison

A question about the piece? The maison answers.

A resizing, a stone to check, a clasp that needs care, a new valuation for the insurer: the owner asks from the passport, and the request reaches the people who made the jewel.

Every request arrives tied to the exact piece and its full history, and every intervention is recorded. The owner follows each step; the maison sees a client, not a ticket. After-sale becomes the next chapter of the relationship.

05 The maison console

One console for every piece and every owner.

Behind every passport is a private console for the maison’s staff: create, deliver and follow each piece — and never lose sight of it again.

  • Designs and pieces: one model, many serial-numbered pieces — or a unique piece. Bulk import by CSV
  • QR cards and activation cards, printed one by one or in batches
  • Certificates and valuations — GIA, authenticity, responsible sourcing, invoice — visible to the owner or to the maison only
  • A service desk for every request, from received to ready for you
  • An ownership register with every activation and change of hands
  • Release an owner, report a piece lost or stolen, record boutique and date of sale

08 How it works

Register

Create the design in the maison console — stones, metal, certificates, photographs and its story — then generate its pieces, each with a serial number, a QR and an activation card. We help you shape the tone, so it sounds like your house.

Deliver

Activate the passport in the boutique with the client, or place the sealed card in the box: the first person to use the code becomes its owner — and from that moment it is theirs alone.

Stay close

Answer service requests, update valuations and record every change of hands. The relationship continues long after the sale.

09 Guided demo

See the whole journey, guided by us.

The owner vault, activation and the maison console use one-time codes sent by email, so we show them to you live: from creating a piece to passing it on.
